WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our normal estimated fulfillment timeframe, meaning days until an order ships, is 5 to 14 business days (Monday - Friday) and we will email you as soon as your order ships. During busier times of the year such as Christmas, orders can take 7 to 15 business days (Monday - Friday) to ship.We are a small business however we are dedicate to providing quick turnarounds.

    When using wax melts, Do I need to change it ?


      Wax will not evaporate, so yes you will need to change it. At SH&C we encourage re pouring wax into molds for multiple uses.

      Do SH&C© candles require maintenance?

      Yes, for the best throw in your home we require four simple instructions that will elevate your Subtle Home Experience.

      1. Before every lighting, trim your wick to about ¼ of an inch.
      2. Burn candles for no longer than 4 hours at a time. This will ensure an even throw for every use.
      3. Avoid tunneling as much as possible by letting the wax pool for a bolder throw at every use.
      4. Use lid for a clean burn.

      WHEN WILL NEW SCENTS BE COMING OUT?

      We have a large variety of new scents planned and they will be popping up over the next few months so be sure to check back often and sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date on new scents and discounts.

                        CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

      RETURN POLICY

      • If you find that you do not like the scent or product you ordered, we do take returns on unused products or exchanges. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order (determined by the tracking provided).             
      • Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return your order to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and, upon our approval, your refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping.
      • In cases where a customer prefers an exchange, we will have a new scent or product of your choice shipped out at our expense upon the arrival of your return.
      • RETURNS ONCE RECEIVED HAVE A 5-14 BUSINESS DAY TURN AROUND
